One of my 2020 goals is to get full control over my body …
I know… it looks great already some may say! ;D… but I’m a little bit of a perfectionist and I think I look my cutest in all my size 36-38 clothes (UK size 6 and 8). But yes, I’m taking it slow because I love my curves too ;D
So here I am…. trying to show you that this goal of getting your ideal body backis possible. Trust me… I did it once after the birth of my first son dancing those poundskilos away and I even got slimmer than ever in my life before.
But this time round I’m just going to do the minimal effort way.
- This daily 7 min workout…
- Some skating 15-20 km Friday routes
- Occassional fasting (not eating for a lot of hours on a row) on the weekends I don’t have the kids.
- Eating as many healthy salads as possible
- 5 glasses of water per day minimun
- 5 or 6 hours of sleep
Current weight in the photo: 68,7
Weight 7 days ago: 70.3
Goal: 60 or less..
And of course… anyone interested in challenging themselves on getting their body back…. they can comment below with photos before the 7 week challenge or just a current photo right n
For the record I’m having Spanish size 12 and I’m 1,64 cm tall… nearly size 10 (38) In fact I was able to close them two weeks ago.. .but you know… Christmas got in the way.
So let’s see how long it takes me to be able to close them.
